		<description>I think it&#039;s vastly misleading to say that the calls coming to congressional representatives accurately reflect the views of the entire voting population. Obviously it was enough to scare back the House the first time around, but not the second time because many people have woken up to the consequences of saying &#039;Let it burn&#039;. A tempting notion, but hugely unproductive. Unfortunately, the only real option was to clean up first and ask the hard questions after.</description>
